You know how you have friends who you don’t see for ages, but when you do you can pick up right where you left off and it’s like no time has passed at all…well this my lovely friend Quanchai, from way back in the backpacking days, when the world was our oyster and we had no idea what adventures life would throw at us…now she has a gorgeous family of her own (including Bella, a little foodie in the making!), and we spent the afternoon together capturing the simple everyday things that they love the most…
Laura + Michael's DIY barn wedding at Fernbank Farm, Yarramalong Valley | Candid wedding photographers Central Coast
A traditional wedding was not on the cards for Michael and little rebel Laura, as they infused their own style into their day…Opting to hold their wedding over 2 days at the ever amazing Fernbank Farm, allowed for an intimate ceremony for only family on the first day (including a beautiful ring blessing that each guest participated in), followed by a casual dinner at a local Thai restaurant! And the second day was all about the party, celebrating in style with friends and family. So much fun and loveliness for my camera! A big thank-you to Hello May for featuring this wedding!
My Mummy and me | Yarramalong Farmstay family photography Central Coast
An afternoon of living in the moment, capturing the wonder of running free on the farm, and the love between mother and son…I think I could photograph this kind of session all day long..

Sunrise | Natural light candid family photographer Central Coast
“This is a very happy time for all of us. Every day is special and fun in it’s own way”. I just adore this Mummy’s description of her family, they are the kind of words that make a photographer’s heart sing. Here is a little peek into one of those happy days; sand, surf, early morning swim, wrestles with Daddy, cuddles and laughter, leaving for home exhausted and covered in salt and sand. Thank-you so much for having me along to capture a little of your family story xoxo. Oh, and did I mention the light?:-)Definitely worth getting up before sunrise for light like this!
At home with Margaret Woodward | Documentary Photographer Central Coast, Sydney
A few months ago I had the pleasure of visiting the home of renowned Australian artist Margaret Woodward. We spent the morning reminiscing about her life as an artist, globe trotter, mother and free spirit, whilst I tried to capture just a little of the essence of this fascinating individual. I feel like I only scratched the surface…
